They won’t cancel my subscription or even reply I’ve been emailing for over a month

No aparece como suscripción en el iPhone y sin embargo te cobran al mes siguiente de que acabe la suscripción que habías pagado. Para cancelar la suscripción (que tú nunca has hecho) tienes que buscar en la letra pequeña y encontrar un email al que escribir para solicitarlo. Una estafa como tantas otras apps para sacar el dinero.

1- Deception: the advertisement does not match the content of the app. The advertisement shows an AI teacher who communicates with you, there is his image and video. BUT in reality there is no such thing, only correspondence with the AI teacher and the ability to record audio. 2- They don't have a free trial period so you can evaluate if it's right for you. I ended up buying a subscription and this app didn't work for me, but they had already made money on me. 3- No refund! I forgave them for the advertising deception and didn't ask for a refund at the time. I just deleted the boring and inconvenient application that was useless to me. But they automatically charged me for a new subscription. I asked for a refund since I won't be using it. But they said no. Bottom line In today's world, it's just not nice to play on deceiving people like that. You can always return it if it doesn't fit. This company builds a business on deceiving and scattering people.

Si estás buscando una aplicación para hablar con IA, no descargues esta!!! El micro no graba todo lo que dices, las respuestas parecen de chat gpt, sin diálogo ni interacción alguna. Y para colmo a menudo se bloquea. Llevo tres días con una suscripción para 6 meses y estoy pidiendo la devolución!!!! Venía de utilizar Loora, buenísima pero cara y sin hands free y ahora me arrepiento muchísimo 🫤

La app no funciona. Es una estafa. Cuidado

Very disappointed. I was promised a “personalized plan” after taking ridiculously simple quiz. No personal plan so far received. Only content for more or lesser advanced users is AI questions and answers. Wasted money which I’ll try to get back.

In conversations with AI, their ability to understand what I say is very poor. I am not quite fluent in French, but can express my thoughts well, and have gotten by well in France and have been understood. Two advanced level AI tutors have failed miserably to understand me. The only plus is that I can understand them, even in sped-up mode. Very disappointing.
