Please stay away from this app. If you have to download it be very cautious when making any payments for this app. Once you pay for the subscription say for 6 month and 1 language, you will receive and offer to have access to all the languages and also an offer to get a lifetime subscription. Don’t pay for this because it is a scam. When you check with the support team later, they will never confirm that you have a lifelong subscription. They will be very slow to respond and you will never get any money back. They will only be able to cancel your subscription. The one that was supposed to last a lifetime you know. Worst service ever.

It’s a FRAUDULENT APP!! They charged money, I couldn’t log in, they customer service wrote me three general useless answers. When I asked to return me money the customer service didn’t answer. DON’T SIGN UP ⛔️

The treatment of customers is repugnant. If you have been lured in by the bombardment of their ads in social meadow, please take a long pause and reconsider your impulsive purchase.

You do not pay by Apple, you pay on their website. Thus it is not in Apple subscriptions and you cannot cancel it. So you email them; but they tell they have no such account and ignore you. The App is 4/10, could help you but does not worth such money. The service is 1/10. Have a feeling, that it is a scam.

Я говорю на русском, тут же происходит перевод на испанский, я могу посмотреть как это выглядит. И тутор отвечает мне на любом языке. Это очень удобно!!!! Репетиторы языков будто.. уходят в прошлое.

Charge from my card again but I bought only 1 month. Like this only scammers do! I want my money back!!!! I discovered the payment auto-renews, but there's no easy way to cancel in the app. Instead, you have to email support, and you'd only know that by digging through the FAQ. This approach feels pretty disappointing, only scammers do in such way!!!! Don’t be scammers, return my money back!

They offer 1.99$ trail and charge without any consent 16.99$ every 4 weeks. You do not even see this subscription in Apple account.

It’s a scam. I bought it cause in advertising they showed Harry Potter and Steve Jobs with their voices as my tutors, but they don’t have this functions and support doesn’t answer. I will report to a pay pal to return my money for 3 months subscription. Too bad I didn’t reed reviews before.
