This app is nothing like what was advertised. The so-called AI tutor is completely out of sync — the image just sits there while the audio plays separately, which ruins the experience. Most of the lessons are just boring vocabulary drills — basic word memorization without any context or engagement. As many language learners know, this method is neither effective nor enjoyable. Overall, it feels like a low-effort product dressed up with flashy marketing. Would not recommend.

After two weeks with the app and opening a support ticket, the app never goes past the initial screen. I have requested a refund and have not received a response.

I can hardly convey how impressed I am with the new interactive tutor (Amelia ) she has made such an improvement to an already excellent language tutorial. Live talk with an AI tutor is exactly what I hoped for when I purchased the course and now I have it! I am aware of the limitations of AI , but would it be possible in a future upgrade to have the ability to edit what I have said before submitting it to Amelia for her reply? This interactive programme is so good for pronunciation and at the moment mine is only 60% (ish). So sometimes the programme misinterprets what I have said and so Amelia’s reply is not as appropriate as it could be. However, please do not take that as criticism. You have done an awesome job and I am very much enjoying my learning experience with MYF!

Por lo visto es una app spam. Ni siquiera la tengo en la lista de mi cuenta Apple. No entiendo como pudieron pasar por mi tarjeta así 50€ de una suscripción que no tengo !!! Devolverme el dinero !! Por lo visto lo hacen a todo el mundo ! Solo hay reseñas de personas que reclaman lo mismo. Pero esto que es ??

They won’t cancel my subscription or even reply I’ve been emailing for over a month

No aparece como suscripción en el iPhone y sin embargo te cobran al mes siguiente de que acabe la suscripción que habías pagado. Para cancelar la suscripción (que tú nunca has hecho) tienes que buscar en la letra pequeña y encontrar un email al que escribir para solicitarlo. Una estafa como tantas otras apps para sacar el dinero.

1- Deception: the advertisement does not match the content of the app. The advertisement shows an AI teacher who communicates with you, there is his image and video. BUT in reality there is no such thing, only correspondence with the AI teacher and the ability to record audio. 2- They don't have a free trial period so you can evaluate if it's right for you. I ended up buying a subscription and this app didn't work for me, but they had already made money on me. 3- No refund! I forgave them for the advertising deception and didn't ask for a refund at the time. I just deleted the boring and inconvenient application that was useless to me. But they automatically charged me for a new subscription. I asked for a refund since I won't be using it. But they said no. Bottom line In today's world, it's just not nice to play on deceiving people like that. You can always return it if it doesn't fit. This company builds a business on deceiving and scattering people.
