It’s a scam. I bought it cause in advertising they showed Harry Potter and Steve Jobs with their voices as my tutors, but they don’t have this functions and support doesn’t answer. I will report to a pay pal to return my money for 3 months subscription. Too bad I didn’t reed reviews before.

The subscription is not visible in my AppStore subscriptions, but the money is being charged.

There is no way to try the app. After starting it constantly bombarding you with “uh oh you don’t have a subscription”

I get that apps want to promote their features, but after buying a trial, I was bombarded with “special offers” for what felt like forever. Just let me try it first – I can decide later if I want to upgrade! Then, I discovered the payment auto-renews, but there’s no easy way to cancel in the app. Instead, you have to email support, and you’d only know that by digging through the FAQ. This approach feels pretty disappointing. If you’re confident in your product, why make it hard to cancel? It doesn’t leave a great impression. + There was no on-screen AI tutor graphic like they show in the ads – just a voice. And even that wasn’t great: the responses were often incorrect, generic, repeated, or cut off mid-sentence. I didn’t enjoy :(

Payment was made through PayPal, no options for cancelling, support does not answer properly. Terrible experience for this moment

Payment is through PayPal. Not through the App Store. I paid for the first month. Not all functions are working. I deleted the app. The payment for the next month was taken automatically without warning in PayPal. It's unclear how to cancel the subscription since it doesn't go through the App Store. I hope you will stop charging me because I have already sent a letter to PayPal. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this company.

this App has very nice marketing campaign, Bit unfortunately after they receive your payment you get awful product without all that functions that you see in advertisement. Exercises has bags, its impossible to learn with this app. I payed for 2 languages and actually received nothing. Client service is awful, they receive money and don’t care about the client. It’s better to invest in DuoLingo, Falou or another Apps that really helps you with learning. Don’t buy this program, it’s a waste of money =(
