Glitchy
Love the app and the concept. Joined a long time ago, but was asked to re-register a couple of years ago. Anyway, the app is aesthetic and interactive. However, it is very glitchy and is never smooth always forcing me to close the app and restart it just to watch a video or read an article. Please fix this

Loses function in full screen and can’t exit without closing the app. Resets if you open other tabs in the app. No rewind feature…

Please update your app, it sticks every single minute I use it, doesn't accept inputs & then follows them all after when it refreshes. Can get nothing done on this app .

bad customer service and don’t fix any problems on the app or website
Why?
I have an active subscription via apple that’s been in place for years but the app doesn’t recognize it (email unchanged). Of course i can’t find any help in the app either. Do better
