Permanently crashes, problem solved!

Use to use the app daily until it started freezing and crashing, difficult to understand how you can make something that works, not to work!!! Apologies for not thinking about deleting the app and reinstalling, before I wrote my frustrated review…so far so good after reinstalling the app!! Thank you for your prompt response!

Can’t find anything positive in this app

The first thing I tried to do was “sign up for United” so I could take advantage of whatever benefits are afforded by doing so. However, when I click the button to sign up I am just taken to a blank page. Pathetic really.
