Not easy finding login on app
Downloaded the Viking Cruise app. Not easy to know where to log in.
Steps I had to go through to get to log in page.
1. Opening App.
2. Choose Explore Viking.
3. Select River Cruise.
4. Tap on the 3-lines drop-down menu located in the right top corner.
5. Select My Trip.
6. Select My Journey.
7. Then select Visit My Viking Journey.
8. Then finally scroll down to see Log In and this all outside the APP.
I have found that accessing the website myvikingjourney.com takes me directly to the login page.
Careful with vpn
This app does not work with your vpn on. Funny they would not have said so upfront so I would not have said so many bad words.
Restaurant reservations
This aspect of the app doesn’t work right now.

Navigation would be ideal , also the “Viking daily” never loads. But over all handy

Generally a very handy app, but would easily & noticeably improve if the hours of service for the dining & lounge facilities were included.

Good app and very helpful to be able to access all trip info anywhere on the ship.
Excursion surveys often didn’t work and were only available for one day. Tried to submit some but often failed. Also would like to have free text space to provide comments on the excursions. This part of the app (excursion surveys) needs work.
Liked being able to see menus online!
Overall, very useful. A must have for Viking Ocean and River cruises.
Most recent update fails.
Update finishes, but when opened, just freezes on “invalid data, resetting …” message. Had to delete and reinstall to get working.

Was a good app
Will not work reliably with ipados 13. After running a bit, there is an app error and the app becomes unusable.
