Otherwise great game ruined by bad enemy-AI and non existing customer support

As the title. The foundation is great. But Kabam doesn’t want to admit that they often tune the AI making the enemy champion breaking the game and having a reaction time byond human possible. This ruins the game more often than not. And it is also quite difficult to get ahold of the support staff of Kabam. And when you do they Will ask questions impossible to answer until they Will just “close the case”. Those two problems is Big enough to bring a otherwise great game Down from 5 to 2 stars

Not a real game

Energy system with no free refresh. You can not call that a real game, i understand you need money, but making people who play your game continously pay just to play it is horrible. Additionally the fighting sucks, makes it clear that this is a MOBILE fighting game, since it has no real balance or well made gameplay. These are not solid mechanics, theyre bad mobile mechanics.

The game is a 5/5 but i get kicked alot from the game while i am fighting the boss

Every time I fight i get kicked out the game for absolutely no reason

Was great, now unplayable.

I have always had lag in fights, now with the latest update, it has become unplayable. I have to restart the game every 2-3 fights. Don’t waste your time, this Company cares very little about fixing bugs.

The Worst Cheating game ever

This game isn’t anything but cheating & so long you are spending a fortune then you can do whatever you want, But if you don’t want to spend money then forget everything about making progress or anything like that & The supporters are the worst you can get & don’t think you can get worse than them whole your life When making a ticket to support, then you are lucky, if you can get a living person with 10 in IQ If not then it’s always automatic answer from a machine, that’s not acting with risen & same machine can & will suddenly one day ban your account & You won’t get a answer why & they can’t even remove ban , when it’s a mistake that player is being banned If you got just a bit brain then you will know this game isn’t anything but, money making & that’s no matter, what the price is for doing that ??? 1 star, if was possible to give negative stars, then that’s what they would have from me
