I have played this game since it came out. It used to be the best mobile game in the world before Kabam took over… After that, it has become all about spending money. Basic game mechanics hasn’t worked in 3 years. Kabam only fix issues that are accidentally helping players. If an issue goes against the player, it can take months/years (if ever) before they are even mentioned by the dev team. A few years ago millions of iPhones world wide overheated and had to be replaced because of programming errors made in this game. They threw out a few crystals as a “compensation” for people having to spend thousands getting themselves a new phone. Crystal drop rates are just a scam. You will never be anywhere near what the drop rates stated. I have recorded over 2000 of my crystal openings from 1 certain crystal that states a 50% drop rate of a 3 star champ, and a 50% drop rate of something higher than a 3 star champ. 83% out of over 2000 crystals have been 3 star champs. If that sounds like something I’m just making up, I have over 30.000 crystals that I haven’t even bothered to open in my inventory. You can not demand a refund for a purchase without being practically banned from the game. Where I come from, this would be illegal… The tech support is the most hostile and unhelpful lot of people you’ll ever meet. So be prepared to go through hell to get what you’re entitled to if something goes wrong. I have never even looked at the name of game publishers when installing new games on my phone until now. I will never, ever install a game from Kabam again. This game should be removed from the App Store on the base of fraud and shady business behaviour. Download and try the game if you want, but do not put a cent into Kabam as a developer. The game has been going downhill for a years now. They can’t handle their own faults, and they are desperate. Invest your time and money somewhere else. This game will only cause frustration.
