One of the worst customer care replies you get while you bring an issue complaining in the support center. I’ve been playing this game for over 8 years and till date not a single complaint got addressed by KABAM or solved. They only adheres to complaints if you you are a YouTube creator or being a common person post it in the forum and create a community protest. Very poor customer care supports.
Honestly the game itself is a good and enjoyable experience, I’ve been a player for year but eventually I get tired of their greed and end up deleting the game. I returned cause now they have Wiccan and I really wanted to play with that character. But the sad truth is that the crystals NEVER give you a new character they are constantly giving you repeats so you feel the need to keep playing to earn more crystals to get the ones you want. You have to spend a LOT of money if you want to further enjoy the game and get the cooler stuff it’s just pathetic and greedy. I’ve been playing for a while now and I had like 20 orange and blue crystals to open out of 20 ,6 where new characters and the rest where copy’s of ones I already got. Since then every time I open one of those crystals is always a repeat. Just really takes away any will I have to keep playing. Terrible

This game has been good in the past! Im a player since 2014 and the game improvements just brought vicious results, bugs and lags that make a worrible playbility and they Simple dont care about the game issues you report!!! For example, last game atualization just made you sometimes play with a dark screen!!! How is this is even possible??? You should have more respext for the players who spend money on this awfull gsme!!! If you thinking on instaling this game, i promess that for sure Ur nerves Will be tested by a game full of flaws, this is the One you need for it!!! MARVEL CONTEST OF BUGS!!!

O jogo é excelente mas infelizmente tem muitas falhas ( bugs). A kabam diz que resolve mas por mais que vai havendo actualizações os problemas persistem. Não critico a parte em que obriga gastar para se evoluir mais rápido, porque só gasta quem quer ou pode …
Sou cliente deste jogo a muitos anos já gastei muito dinheiro com este jogo e ontem foi o meu aniversário e o jogo não me deu uma oferta de aniversário 😭
Eu tinha uma conta neste jogo, mas apaguei-o e agora eu queria jogar do início. Eu consegui, mas quando o abri pela 3 vez o jogo pôs a minha conta antiga.
Há 3 semanas que o jogo não abre, dá sempre uma mensagem de não conectar à rede quando tenho 5G e Wi-Fi. Erro no Login é a mensagem do jogo. Agradecia a resolução do problema pela parte da Kabam, visto que pelos canais disponíveis ainda não consegui nenhuma solução.
O jogo não atualiza da erro e os botões tem letras que não se percebe
