Not a good app, low performance, no record of purchases, don’t track even when I scan the QR code

I have been buying items in Europe for years, now I live in Australia I’m so happy the App allows me to order + deliver to me here! Love this x

Customer service

Great customer service Always replying promptly and organising deliveries pretty much the same day the order is received. Keep up the good job and if you can open a warehouse in Australia some can pay less for shipping and return and exchange for a lower rate which would be great!!

Auto cancel order

Placed twice order, all got ‘cancelled’ right after. And first time money was charged. Emailed customer service with screenshot of the money charged and they are beating around the bush says no money’s charged. In god’s name just burn yourself.

I can’t complete

Because you don’t have Monaco on your countries! Your site is impossible- I don’t want your app I can buy it more easily online and I don’t want to pay with Apple Pay plus you want me when I am sending a critique to have a Nick name which when I complete is always taken so obviously you don’t take criticism!

App does not work in Vietnam

I love this store and I was so excited to see I could start ordering. However, it does not load in Vietnam despite identifying that is my location and accepting that location. Rita2372

Ive been trying to get in contact to collect my money from returned invoice, but no use wither you send emails nor phone calls
