MyTheresa App
In the new app you can’t enlarge the photo to get a better look. Major issue is that you don’t show item that have been returned and refunded. Trying looking at Farfetch & Net-a-Porter orders and returns
Good with slight usability problems
The app is solid and an improvement over the website, but it’s not as smooth of a UX as some other fashion apps. The page reloads/buffers when you hit the back button, it doesn’t always remember where you were browsing, the “designers” page is a bit hard to navigate.
Excellent customer service
I’ve been a My Theresa customer for years. They always deliver an excellent customer service. The website is easy to navigate, the return policy is straight forward and the process is seamless!
Great discounts
I enjoy shopping at Mytheresa, they have good range of designers and some great discounts. Their shipping is fast and the package comes so beautifully delivered.
