I can’t get it to stay locked.

It would be nice if I could access this device remotely. Bluetooth requires proximity, but otherwise it works well for my needs.

Just received my walk and very easy to set up on my phone. The one thing I don’t understand is there is no instructions on how to share this lock with other people in my office. Says that I have to download the app to get the instructions. I downloaded the app there’s no instructions anywhere then I find a link that says download the instructions. I print them off but it doesn’t say anything on how to get people codes so they can use the lock. Very frustrating

Works well with my iPhone. Just wish it had an app for the Apple Watch. I don’t wear my iPhone when I work out but I do wear my Apple Watch. Touching my Apple Watch to unlock my locker would be great.

1. Time for open box is only 1 per day 1. One time period can be set for whole days I would assume to get for this price of product more choices to control it I am looking around for different brands!! Please add minimal 3 time periods per day and week 📅 for set this 🔐 management !!! Thank you BTW on iPhone when shooting the video the app haven’t access to Bluetooth for open box 🔐.

I think the app is so great but I think it might be more secure if you added Face ID. Overall it is a great app to secure my school lock password

Excellent product. Needs Apple Watch BT function.

06/07/2024 update: I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email indicating that I would have the opportunity to be on a 30-minute Zoom call with a couple of folks from Master Lock’s product design/development team. We had a great conversation and it was very encouraging to know that Master Lock is listening to their customers with regard to how the product is currently being used, what works well, what doesn’t work so well, and any suggested improvements to the products. I’m hopeful that this great product can rise to excellent. Thanks to the product design folks for their time — it is much appreciated! 01/17/2024 update - - Any updates on a shorter than 8-hour window for temporary codes? - Updates on ability to assign unique temporary codes during the same time period (now restricted to one unique code per 8-hour window) - Reporting to reflect which unique code opened the lock (vs just the time that the current 8-hour code was used?). Thanks!

Just tried the free version using Schlage key that the number was stamped on the key. After doing the adjustment it worked great. Matched identically. Wish there was more then a few lock brands to pick from on the app as I would be interested in buying the full app, but need additional brands of locks not included on the full version. Master Lock being one of them. I have a lock with no number on it and I would like to buy a duplicate lock, but no number stamped on the key I have. I would be using the app to decode the key to buy duplicate locks
