Order
You can order a ride by filling in the From and To address fields or using a city map. You can also use your smartphone’s or tablet’s location services.

OTP not received despite repeated requests

App is unusable for foreigners with a foriegn HP. OTP required for registration not received. Why allow foreign numbers if otp not sent/received Developer should add multiple options for registration verification like e.g. WA or email. Take an example of GRAB which makes registration process easy.

Can you please explain to me why can’t I add my card to the app? I tried to link it for so long and I don’t wanna pay cash anymore, prefer online payment but pls give me guidelines to connect my card coz the app rejects it for some reason!!!

Terrible service rude crazy drivers

Used it twice. First driver was driving in suicidal mode fast and inconsiderate. The second started arguing as soon as I entered the taxi because he arrived earlier than the app suggested I wasn’t waiting for him already. I was on time according to the app‘s recommended time.
