Cheap and unsafe way to travel. Got injured because of driver and got no reply from support.
Got many situations when the driver just almost stole my money, today I got a burn on my leg because of the driver’s vehicle(very old and broken). Dont think I will use this app again, better to pay more in other apps but travel safe. The worst is that I got no reply from support. They just said sorry 3 days later after I wrote them a complaint. Never using this awful app agin.

1) живу за городом, поэтому поездки продолжительные - 80% водителей просят поменять оплату с онлайн на перевод на карту. Сделайте так чтобы оплаты приходили водителям чаще. Водители еще до того, как приняли заказ могут позвонить: «а на карту сможете поменять?». Ну, можно не напрягать этим пассажиров? 2) поддержка отвечает очень долго 3) класс автомобиля определяется исключительно маркой автомобиля, а состояние машин никто не контролирует. Т.е. пыльный грязный комфорт с рваными чехлами, пятнами в багажнике, в паутину разбитое лобовое стекло - в порядке вещей. Более того, если вы попросите открыть багажник, чтобы положить туда пакет с покупками - извольте заплатить 30руб. А то что багажник захламлен и немыт - ну, за это сервис ответственность не несёт, только за списание средств 4) пока водитель завершает поездку поблизости, вы не видите где это поблизости, и когда к вам водитель должен приехать, если вообще приедет. Водитель легко может отменить поездку, не важно сколько вы ждали. Хозяин - барин 5) пример: вы заказываете такси, вам пишут что водитель приедет через 15 минут. Вы спокойно завершаете дела. Водитель приезжает через 5 минут, за минуту до остановки нажимает, что подъехал (это в Максиме всегда), и у вас сразу начинается платное ожидание. Т.е. мы пляшем от водителя, не от пассажира и озвученного ему времени прибытия
