The taxi driver intentionally went through the path with the distances which is much longer than the default path in order to get more payment. The app didn’t do anything after I report this problem. Just replied we had to pay as much as what we have to pay. Rude driver and rude app. Be careful with the scam taxi driver.

Сделала заказ, увидела что водитель отдаляется от места вызова. Оказалось, что он заканчивает другой заказ, что по карте было абсолютно не понятно. Заказ сама не смогла отменить - пишут что может отменить только водитель.
Самая ужасная служба такси
Заказы водители не берут!!! Хотя машин рядом всегда полно! Ждать можно по 20-30 минут - бесполезно!!! Делают скидки для клиентов, но толку от них нет - водители не берут заказы!!! Руководству надо пересмотреть мотивацию водителей, работать они не хотят совершенно!

Максим скатился, перехожу на яндекс) Одни чурки, которые пристают, часто отменяют заказы, ждёшь машины по часу. В яндексе хоть и дороже, но быстро и с комфортом
