Flawed.
1. You cannot eliminate food you don’t eat from coming up on the menu plans. You can swap out meals but you have to do it every time the food comes up (eg. the designers love avocado, I hate it).
2. The app double counts my Peloton exercise minutes and calories.
3. You can’t view menus in advance of the new week to swap out certain meals before the grocery list for the week is generated.
4. Weight loss is calculated from measurement to measurement, not from the start of the program.
5. When you check an item off of the grocery list prior to shopping, because you have that item already, it doesn’t save on the list and appears again when you open the list.
