Is Mayo Clinic Diet legit?
🤔 The Mayo Clinic Diet app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
I’ve contacted support several times and never get a response about bad data in the tracker. A bacon/egg/cheese biscuit from Dunkin Donuts does not contain 2 servings of veggies! Just one example of many. The program is solid but you can’t follow it accurately using the tracker. Buy the book and use My Fitness Pal or another free app to track your macros.
Helpful THANKS
The app keeps me on track and makes tracking soo much easier! The emails and zoom calls are informative and helpful! I had been trying to do it on my own and was losing weight slowly but the lose it phase has taken the weight off faster! I enjoy having the recipes, being able to swap them and the printing of the grocery list and the week meal plan helps in shopping and meal prep organizing! The exercise suggestions are helpful, I appreciate the how to videos! THANKS
Great

So Easy
I love this eating plan. It’s based on good nutrition and the recipes are easy and delicious. I am losing weight and learning how I should eat. I have more energy too.
So great!
I’m feeling better, looking better and certainly cooking better.
I love the colorful vegetables and the yummy textures. Thank you team!
Live It!
Finishing up week 3 and I feel great! I have more energy to do the things that matter to me. I’m able to keep up with my grandchildren and that is priceless. I’m looking at this journey as an adventure!
LOVE IT!!
I am the type of person who just needed to be told what to do, and I’d do it. By that I mean, I love to cook, but needed that extra help. The Mayo Clinic Diet has ALL the tools you’ll ever need. Webinars, Helpful Guides, Menu, Grocery List! This was the only way I’ve EVER been successful!
I am grateful for MCD & all the help!
Plan is good but…..
The plan itself is good , teaches you to make healthy choices, habits and break bad habits.
There are different meal plans available, including vegetarian but no Vegan plan ( I hope they add it in the near future). Exercise plans available with and without equipment.
If you follow the meal plan it could get very pricey except the simple meal plan, it is very simple 😉
All is well and good but I didn’t loose any weight even in the “loose it “ phase I think it’s because before I started this diet I was making relatively healthy choices being a vegetarian all my life I was eating lots of vegetables, whole grains fruits and not eating sugar etc., so I didn’t see any difference, I think 💭 it could also be because I am going through menopause. But will continue this because I do believe I will see benefits in the long run with my health!!
Not just a diet
MCD is a lifestyle. It addresses issues with weight while teaching you strategies to have a healthy life in the long run.
Super helpful
Really helpful and keeping me on track. There are a couple User Experience changes that would be helpful like being able to get to the next week without having to use the calendar. But other than that working for me
