Disappointing

Will not cast to Chromecast Audio on iPhone or iPad with latest IOS. Also now no option to select several MP3 files together and place in a folder to play in the same order. Disappointing.

Plays DSD files as PCM

Gustard X26pro unfortunately shows PCM mode when I play my dsf files. USB connection with DAC. I’m still looking for player which will play native DSD or DoP to my DACs.

NAS drive music streamer!

I use this app to stream music from my NAS drive to my iPhone - then I airplay to my AMP. Works great!

TIDAL playback freezes immediately

At first, after installing, Tidal worked fine so I was almost ready to pay for the full version. Only an hour later though, selecting any Tidal track for playback causes a freeze (endless spin of the wheel of death), regardless of whether local device playback or casting. Killing the app and relaunching does not help, I tried about a dozen times. Tidal playback in the app seems now permanently broken on my iPad (it will still play and cast locally stored audio files).

Power Drain and why Airplay in UPNP playback?

Played 3 or 4 tracks and phone physically hot power consumption 18% of the day in 20 mins - horrendous. Seems to be doing something with AirPlay whilst playing to DLNA/UpNp. Gapless worked ok with renderer setting with Yamaha hardware. Fast showing server entries when browsing. Why does the music stop if the phone is turned off or kill app?!! Once the server and renderer are connected the app should have no part in the audio playback other than to merely show what is playing or amend settings.

Not bad but....

UPnP connection (ipad) to my streamer if far the best quality but it has a few issues. If a track is unavailable in your track list rather than skip over it it just stops completely. Also randomly it stops after a song and when I open the app im met with the app restarting. I feel these are basic faults that shouldn’t be happening for a paid app or even a free one. In short I’m looking for a better UPnP app.

Bloody genius

For once an app that just works!!! Got sick and tired of my audio pro, great sound and looks great but was spending more time trying to connect to it than I was listening to it!! This instantly found all my media servers including my synology nas etc and my all my players inc, chromecasts, airplayers even my samsung tv. No drop outs, create playlists, very responsive. Going to purchase the full version because the developers deserve every penny.
