Bad Experience
The customer service staff is a team of robots. First, they use robots for support, which is understandable, but then when you get to talk with a "person" they keep acting like robots - that's where it becomes abuse. Policies are this, charges are this, there is nothing I can do. They don't care about businesses. You get tons of extra charges with the service. There is no direct way to communicate with them so support is a pain. They do not offer any support on how you can use the service to level up your business. They just sell the software and they don't care afterward. Horrible way of doing business. I stopped using the service because is not worth it. I was a customer for a long time but then I realized I was paying for a service that is useful, I ended up paying for 6 months without using it. It's just those services that you think it would work but in the end, is a waste of money. Then you want to cancel because is useless and you need to pay an extra fee for cancellation. First, it's not worth it, second getting out of the contract is a pain. DO NOT GET INTO THIS TRAP.
