Meditation Studio

I’ve been listening to Colleen Saidman Yee’s “Unwind and Let Go” meditation since 2016. It’s one of my favorites and just works for me like nothing else. Can’t thank you enough.

Update as of October 2024: Someone from the support team reached out to me to help with troubleshooting steps and was able to restore my original free content. Great customer service. Thank you! Original review: I am a legacy user and all my previous free meditations have been locked. Please unlock these. I even tried the “restore purchase” option and it didn’t do anything. 👎🏼

Not worth it for the amount of data collected… it’s a meditation app—why take our data? 🤔

Have been using the guided meditations for years. If you don’t find a rhythm with the first teacher, try another and another til you find one that suits you and their voice/style brings you calm. There are literally so many wonderful options and this app genuinely saved my sanity many times during stressful work days between meetings, or on lunch breaks. I recommend it to everyone I know!

Love this app. Even its free version has plenty of introductory practices and teachers to suit your learning style. I’m very sensitive to voice types that interfere with me getting past their sound and into the message. It’s the best. There’s a podcast with extended topics. UPDATE: Still very happy with the variety of choices available to suit the many emotions I face in daily life. Able to choose suitable teachers and topics as needed.

Life-changing! I love this app. The guided meditations for sleep, happiness and stress have helped me so much. There are so many great teachers. My favorite soundtrack is called silk. I use it with most meditations. It's the best app out there.

A wonderful calming voice with instruction that could be helpful.

The larger lists seem to have stoped populating. Is this app being discontinued?
