Besser geht nicht!
„Meditation Studio” hat mir die Augen geöffnet. Ich habe jahrelang nach einem Hilfsmittel gesucht, um zu verstehen, was es mit der Meditation auf sich hat und mit der App „Meditation Studio“ bin ich endlich fündig geworden. Sollte ich es eines Tages schaffen, die Meditation zur Gewohnheit werden zu lassen, dann sicherlich nur mit Hilfe von „Meditation Studio!“

Update 2019: Weiterhin baut MS das Angebot mit spannenden Lehrern aus und bietet so mehr als die Konkurrenz. Calm wiederholt sich inhaltlich stark, und Headspace ebenso. Bin von headspace und Calm wieder zurückgekommen zum Meditation Studio. Trotz Umstieg auf Abo ist der Preis wesentlich günstiger, ich finde besonders die verschiedenen Lehrer gelungen, bei headspace ist man auf die Einsichten von Puddycombe beschränkt, bei Calm steckt ein anonymes Team dahinter mit der bekannten Sprecherin. Hier finden sich viele bekannte MeditationsLehrer, der einfach selbst einsprechen.
Scam
In thee past I bought the app and it was no membership and monthly subscription. They advertised with this. Only 2 month later they changed it. Now I can not download my old meditation tracks. 50 a year I will better listen in YouTube. There is plenty of good meditation for free!!!

Und ausreichend viele davon gratis bzw. Ohne weitere Freischaltung. Sehr schönes Angebot an den unterschiedlichsten Meditationen für jegliche Stimmungen!
Jetzt auch auf Monatskosten umgestiegen
Ich benutzte diese App um ca drei mal pro Monat eine Meditations-Ausiodatei zu hören. Jetzt soll das 10€ pro Monat kosten. Fällt sonst keinem auf, dass gerade "Meditation" und "Mindfulness" nicht zusammenpasst mit "Kaufen! Abo! Mehr! Mach die neuen Kurse sonst bist du nicht mindful!". Werde mir stattdessen eine MeditationsCD kaufen, die mich nicht stresst :)
