Very helpful and well designed.
As a beginner in meditation with very little time to practice, I've found this app very helpful. It is very intuitive and the description of courses and studios allow for a self designed approach. Most of the times I've found just the right practice according to my state of mind and time available.

I’ve been listening to Colleen Saidman Yee’s “Unwind and Let Go” meditation since 2016. It’s one of my favorites and just works for me like nothing else. Can’t thank you enough.

Update as of October 2024: Someone from the support team reached out to me to help with troubleshooting steps and was able to restore my original free content. Great customer service. Thank you! Original review: I am a legacy user and all my previous free meditations have been locked. Please unlock these. I even tried the “restore purchase” option and it didn’t do anything. 👎🏼
