This app is terrible. It bounce you all around in a confusing manner. I used the portal to access and set up the app. It only passed my profile information not all the other data I had created in the portal. In the app to access that information I need to transfer from the app to the portal. If you would like a model app look at INOVA MY CHART. Very easy user friendly without bouncing around.

This app is not a direct access to your Medstar Health Patient Portal. When used it is a completely separate entity from the Medstar Health Patient Portal which does not make any sense. Any information placed into the app is not synched up with the patient portal. Plus it requires a separate log in account meaning a separate username and password. The only utility of this app is to provide a link to the Medstar Health Patient Portal which when accessed requires a separate log in to the patient portal. It is essentially an app that has an embedded link for access to the real portal. I do not see the benefit of this app.

Improved. Hardly ideal. Serves 2 functions: 1) provider lookup. 2) portal access. Portal access is like an app within the Medstar app. Happily, they've made it so you don't need to log in twice. Finally. Unfortunately, since the portal is like an internal app, you can't get notifications about new messages (from doctor, lab etc) you've received.

You have so many apps in the App Store I didn’t know the correct one to choose and my username is correct for my desktop version of your software. I did not need to have an email address so I will tell you fix this. This program is worthless.

The app is poorly designed and not user friendly. I feel like it is a huge circle and once you get caught in the loop that takes you nowhere it is hard to get out!!

No one picks up the phone at doctors office.
