Paid for VIP membership but now app is unresponsive

Update made this app not that great-you can only improve a vid once a day and have to wait a full 24 hours to do it again. The biggest issue is that if you try to improve quality and it doesn’t work due to internet or because it just didn’t work because of a glitch, it will count that as you’ve already used it and won’t let you use it again for a full day, mind you you didn’t even get the result.
SCAM!!!
Do not accept the free trial. I cancelled it and was charged, refund rejected by Apple Store. Thought ok, tried to use it a month later and they’ve took my money but I don’t have vip benefits? scammers.

Been using meitu for probably over a decade by now. I use it to edit photos and video when i can’t or don’t feel like using the computer. The subscription is actually a reasonable price too for the year, I may actually renew.
AMAZING ⭐️BUT._. …
This app was outstanding, it exceeded my expectations! The filters were adorable, and everything was just so cute, I loved all the filters, especially the cute ones, like cat ears, birthday filters. It made such a good impact on my face, and it was also nice to experiment with funny and funky ones. BUT… I tried to take a pic, this happened today, not always, and the app took me back out. If you could fix this, thanks. I don’t know if it’s my iPad, or Meitu, but I really recommend the app, but not if you don’t like glitches.
