MELCloud server is still not responding, so the app is useless. If you consider buying a new heating pump - then buy something else than Mitsubishi if you are depending on your app.

Works ok with MSZ-RW25, but alot of the functionality from the remote isn’t available in the app, it should be 1:1. Using reports isn’t totally intuitive - with only one heatpump, it would be great to have an auto selection of unit, insteaf of choosing unit and then the report. For the energy report it would great to be able to customize default values. For now it is 1 year back, but often I want to see current day, last day or 7 days. Graphs should be more customizable aswell. With all that said. The app actually works.

The server does not respond, so remote handling of units not possible. Due to lack of information from melcloud support for more than 10 days, I give melcloud lowest rating. Public Server check states the server is down…

Den virker som lovet. Jeg savner integration med homekit og designet er som var den lavet for 20 år siden.

Når man ændrer setpunkt på temperatur eller andet. Går der rigtig lang tid før varmepumpe reagerer.

Elendig app til fjernbetjening. Opsætningen var super kringlet og svartiden når man bruger den er noget der måles i minutter. De ændringer som man foretager synkroniseres heller ikke med enhedens fjernbetjening så indstillingerne kan fint være helt anderledes end der står i displayet. Der findes langt billigere og bedre wifi enheder fra tredjeparter (fx Sensibo). Lad være med at spilde tid på den her…

Tried many times to set up the app but it sends me back each time - looks like the problem is at the third time I need to put in password, after security question. No way to get that right ☹️

..the energy reporting is not always correct. But as a remote for turning on/off or adjusting temperature it has been working great with my two units for more than one year.
