So easy to sign up & use. MTNs network is great and Melon’s pricing is fantastic. Porting was easy and the app is so simple to use and intuitive. I came from Cell C which was just a living nightmare. Melon’s digital-first approach is so refreshing, new and straightforward

Their customer service was amazing. They’re friendly, bubbly, responsive and had good humour all whilst cutting right to the chase and assisting me. But that aside their prices are crazy good! Sounds like an ad.. who knows maybe I’m biased but see for yourself.

Melon is easy to onboard and easy to sign up. The unlimited calls are great, but we also need unlimited data or cheaper data bundles because they are too expensive. If you offered lower prices for data or unlimited packages with unlimited data, this would easily be the number 1 network in South Africa.

I had small issue with my mobile data network and contacted Melon Mobile for assistance and within a matter of seconds an Operator by the name of Danielle assisted me and fixed the issue with ease. Amazing customer service, I hope this company becomes South Africa’s leading Data providers!

The sign up process was easy and quick. The online chat support is also friendly and fast. Signing up with eSIM + RICA and phone line allocation only took 15mins.

If I had to attempt half of what this mobile service on whatsapp did for me with a competitor I would be busy for days. Fantastic plans to choose from with Exceptional Service. 👍🏻

I can’t imagine a more poorly thought out onboarding. Instructions are largely absent from website and app. If you do the eSIM, you will be up the creek without a paddle. You’ll have sit near WiFi while being given poor instructions over WhatsApp to remedy the problem. Huge budget being spent to advertise this product, with little effort being made to create a smooth onboarding experience. The Head of Product at this company should be replaced. Update: after using melon for a week, I regularly am without service, even when I have signal. These are problem I did not have when I used my MTN sim prior. I am often without service now and need to find WiFi to conduct business.

Customer service is on another level And the network so far I’m loving it
