Best mobile banking app I’ve ever used + best back in general

I was truly benefitted

I was almost loosing $2700 due to a scam. The support i got from top to bottom authorities was amazing! Mercury solved my so many banking issues. Being an international Non US start up, it was not easy to meet all banking needs. Mercury made it easier for me and my business!

Welcome to the future of banking

So happy to be part of the Mercury family. Other banks took so long to setup meetings, and onboard me. Was skeptical of a bank that I have never heard of before. I wanted SVB but were slow and all over the place in Coporate jargon. Did my research Mercury looked solid, backed by solid investors, and has beautiful UI to make me smile :) My banking needs are startup but straightforward. Began the process and Mercury had me up and running me in 3 days. Been making money since. Mercury is so good for tech companies. Highly recommend. Self-service is always faster if you know what you doing. Also love the fact that they email me to be part of the fundraising club with other startups if I need investment. Thank you

Terrible KYC process

They have no clear guidelines to their verification process. We provided every document ask of and having a clear business that deals in the US and were rejected without a clear explanation. It’s shows this amateur bank is not for startups and more for the elite Silicon Valley corps.

Love this app!

I always wanted to have a mercury app so I can see what’s going in my account... the app is smooth and bug free. Love it!
