@immad @mercury Thank you for closing my account and sending the balance via check to my agent’s address. However, the address only accepts business documents. I have not received a response to the emails I sent two days ago. How can I get a faster reply? I need my money back

App is wonderful on iPhone however it’s not very good on iPad because there is no support for it.

There is No confirmation screen page that a Wire, an irrevocable transaction, was sent after Customer uses the slider bar. You may believe the wire never occurred and send it again; which has happened multiple times to our team. Please fix and add a “confirmation of payment sent screen” after it’s sent. I have many banking apps and they all do this for safety and security of pending transactions that do not show instantly in your activity.

Be warned, after going thru the long and tenuous cycle of creating an account, uploading all my LLC docs and providing all my personal information. These guys emailed me back saying they could not make me an account! What a waste of time, energy, and or course I want them to guarantee me that my data is secure. They require a 2AF signup, that was nearly impossible to figure out. Very unhappy, if your reading this, HARD PASS!

The best bank ever. App is top notch

Best UI of any platform I’ve seen in a while. Just wish you could create invoices out of the app vs just sending a money request.
