My money was stolen from my account!!!!
I had my account opened in 2022just for 6 months) during this time about 500 usd were stolen from my account!!! I disputed these illegal transactions and you know what answer I got from Molly - specialist of Mercury bank?! “Thanks for following up. After further review, I’m sorry to say that these transactions are not eligible to dispute! For security reasons we are unable to go into more detail. Apologies as I know this wasn’t the outcome that you were hoping for!” Do NOT open an account here!!! They are spammers!!! Your money might be stolen and you would never get them back!!!!!
Worst service ever!
We have opened an account, asked for several times for a permission, since we are not US residents, and only after receiving investment to this account, their service centre told us that we have to close the account.
Every single operation is problematic.
Worst bank ever.
