it woks well. There are a selection of different tones and drum soounds and you can save the settings for different BPMs with the ability to set the accent on the 1 or the 3 or whatever you need. The swinging pendulum is quite cool and provides a nice visual of the beat that would be useful for a drumer in a noisy practice studio. To start the beat, swing the pendulum with your mouse or click on the base. To stop it click on the base.
Every time my iphone rings I or I stop to ring out, have to clear memory to of all metronome history and reboot the whole app to get my metronome sounds working. I’ve sent at least six complaints about this but no comment back as yet. Very ordinary!! Greg Newton
The metronome is good does what it’s meant to and easy to use. What is disappointing with this metronome is the free one does the exact thing and it’s FREE. The free one is more pleasing on the eye as well.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Much better than my old app which was over complicated and not easy to use. This is a great design and simple to use.
An excellent aid. I had have had this app for two years on my iPad and after an initial hiccup, all has been perfect. I would give it a nine or off ten.
Many times this App has stopped working, forcing me to have to restart my phone just to get it working again. I only used this Metronome since Metronome pro stopped working, and was hoping this could be a substitute until Metronome pro is working again. Not worth the money.
I have been looking for a good metronome app for quite a while and I believe that this is the best metronome app there is! I'm not sure about the point of air sync but it's fun to mess around with!
It does the job very well, doesn't skip beats (at least the full version). I've tried many metronomes but this is my favorite. I am an orchestra principal player and conductor and I use this app all the time.
This latest update is fantastic for iPhone 5. Looks great and flicks upside down so you can have the speaker facing up when on your music stand.
There's something a bit annoying about the movement of the pendulum: the tick appears to delay too long, so it happens on the back-swing. I find it difficult to turn off, and there are no really unique options considering it's not free. Could do better!
