The garage attendants are really great! Very patient and helpful as everyone gets to know the new app. Appreciate their help.

This platforms poor customer service, poorly designed platform and inconvenient automation makes parking at their locations a terrible experience.

I entered my corporate account and soon after it deleted it. Now I’m being charged for parking that should be free. It also deleted my spouse’s linked email. What a garbage app

I have used the service since my operation in June and Michael, and who is the attendant is the most kind person who will go out of his way to help any way he can.

This is by far the best parking app I’ve ever used!

I enjoy using their app , easy to reserve a parking spot !

Seamless! I thought it would take 20 mins out of life but less than 2 minutes to setup.

Apps was horrible, wasted 25 minutes and money online version or apps won’t process nothing, continue to get card reading error and 504 error code for load, the text was terrible
