Great to be able to watch Singapore Content but you must use vpn otherwise it’s region locked. Would be better if it’s not.

Doesn’t work
I tried to play a video and the app told me that the video is only available in Singapore so I opened VPN and it still doesn’t work
Takes so long to load on start
Great Mediacorp content, but why on earth does it take 30 seconds or more just to startup?? It’s 2019!
Why the App cannot be accessed in Canada?
I am a Singaporean living in Canada & really miss Singapore Mediacorp shows. I downloaded the App but it says that there is no access in my region. Disappointing.
Buggy app
Slow, buggy, does not “resume episodes” accurately. You can watch a few episodes and it will start from episode 1. Very unsatisfactory experience. Pls do learn from other streaming apps. Worst streaming app ever.
Thinks that this app holds a million dollars
Thinks that this app user holds a million dollars? then use 2FA . password reset do not work. keep asking for password once there is a new version You are SG company being paid by SG Gov . We are suppose to be able to watch the Ch 5,8,CNA free. is there a need to sign in???? this is watching, not leaving messages to the public, so not need to ID us. get it? u want or disable foreign country to view, fine, u can detect where the user is from , country ip address. So no reason why we in SG local need to login!!!!! The CEO should try the app.. Think he also cannot login to watch free ch in SG.
MediaCorp please do something.
Just to get this app to work on my tv was like detective work needed as the log in instructions on my tv screen was entirely incorrect. You need to go to you profile in your phone or tablet app to add your tv, instead of what they said in their “instructions”. MediaCorp your team really needs to improve the app the complaints have been ongoing for years it seems. Just setting this app up was a bad experience.

Stops working all the time. Poor architecture of whole app. Just ditch it and rebuild please

Not able to sign in with so many attempts for different emails, don’t understand what the developer is in his mind, maybe rubbish???
