Was a great app but had been abandoned. It’s also incredibly slow and importing pictures is totally messed up. Showing all photos starts at your oldest photo! And if you select favourites to try and help they are all mixed up and out of order.
Will there be any future updates? Nothing but bugs. Let us know so I can uninstall it - if so!
This has to be the best photo app for iPhone. Especially if you have a iPhone 12 Pro Max. There is no point downloading any other photo app nothing will come close to this
An integral part of my workflow since 2014. No other photo editing tool comes close to this specialist app. The intuitive UI and smooth OS is a pleasure to work with, I’m filled with anticipation every time I fire it up.. I usually have a firm vision of what I’m aiming to achieve with an image, but with mextures, creative flow seems effortless and will often take many directions.. ending up with a variety of edits on the same image, only issue with this is the difficulty picking which one to share! There’s a couple of additional tools I’d like to see, but as it is I love it all the same. (mextures Instagram is absolutely gorgeous too) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love this app!! @codes_____
Amazing app, full of possibilities. It just crashes every time I want to use an imported mextures.
Recent update is plagued with issues. App crashes when trying to "share" an image or when trying to save an image, doesn’t save it anywhere. Pretty useless at this point.
Finally! I’m so happy with this new update, no more crashes, bugs! Everything works so smoothly and intuitively! This is by far the best photo editing app on iPhone! Must buy! 😁😁😁😁
Completely unstable, this might have been a decent app a few years ago, but for recent iphones this is utter trash!! I can’t even get out to overlay a basic filter never mind the kind of attractive enhancement I actually bought out for. Have deleted after less than a day of use!!
Despite the App Store saying that this app would work on my iPad Air2, it doesn’t. The first problem is that it takes between 1.5 - 2 minutes to open the library (Snapseed, Distressed FX, iColorama open the library immediately). Once the library is finally open it is often impossible to select an image to work on. The selected image either doesn’t open or the image after the one selected comes up and for some reason the “back” button greys out and the only way to get out of the image is to to close the app and re-open it. I did manage to get an image to work on but after setting up 3 layers I was unable to delete a layer I didn’t want as the app froze. I’ve deleted the app and re-installed it but that was no help as the library still takes the same time to load, it is very difficult to load an image to work on and when an image eventually loads the app tends to freeze. Consequently I have been unable to complete a project. I think that this app should only be sold to run on later models than the iPad Air2.
Used to love this app but it is slow buggy and clunky now. Slow to load, then crashes when loading photo from camera roll. Such a shame.
