Just establish the desired training result - fat burning or muscle development - and Mi HR’ll accompany you during Your training, advising to increase or decrease the intensity. You’ll stay in a target heart rate zone and enjoy Your workout at the same time!
After the workout You can check the heart rate data in a separate graph in the MiHR app. This will help you to access the changes and draw useful for the following workouts conclusions.
We know that many sport fans track their activities and achievements with their favorite fitness trackers. Thinking about them we have added synchronization Mi Band 1s, Mi Band 2, Mi Band 3 and Mi Band 3 NFC with such fitness trackers, as Strava, Runtastic, Runkeeper and others.
In addition, Mi HR users can export their heart rate data into the Apple Health app.
Just like Mi HR users, we’re improving every day adding new useful features to the app. We pay special attention to the Premium Members’ needs. They enjoy the possibility of unlimited continuous heart rate measuring. In addition to that they can wake up fresh and cheerful during the light sleep with the MiHR smart alarm feature.

Long-term continuous heart rate measuring can significantly decrease battery life.

Smart alarm doesn’t work
Bought this app for the smart alarm, unfortunatly it always alarms me at the set time so not earlier when I’m in my light sleep.
Premium is not worth it
I bought premium for 4,49€ and what it allows you to do: - monitor heart rate for as long as you want (and because of that integrate it in strava or something like that) - set zones for your heart rate, but they are fixed and should be adaptable per person. Not everyone has the same heartbeat. What does not work at all: - cadence tracking (it's on in settings, nothing gets registered). - updater does not show latest version(s). - does not always start registering heartbeat when selecting start (I have to check below the mi band 2 to make sure that green led is on) I asked for a refund because well, only 50% works. Would consider buying it again if these would be fixed...

Works great with 1S
Works very well with the Mi Band 1S and will soon try it on the 2. Using it while running. Latest update makes it very easy to start the measurements!

Spend 99 cents and transform your cheap mi-band into a high-end heart monitor. Runs smoothly on runtastic app. Regular updates. Love the new design!
It works
With this application I have been able to see my heart rate within Strava. It works and do not drain the battery life. After 2h in Strava I have lost 5% which is fine.
