After the workout You can check the heart rate data in a separate graph in the MiHR app. This will help you to access the changes and draw useful for the following workouts conclusions.

I had put my mi band on my hand and then started the hr. But then i removed it from my hand and placed it on a table for 5 mins... it was still showing the HR!!! My mi band never shows a result when i start the hr on the band this shows that your app is fooling us!! How can you think that anyone would buy unlimited HR!! What rubbish plz reply and fix this!!!!
