After the workout You can check the heart rate data in a separate graph in the MiHR app. This will help you to access the changes and draw useful for the following workouts conclusions.
We know that many sport fans track their activities and achievements with their favorite fitness trackers. Thinking about them we have added synchronization Mi Band 1s, Mi Band 2, Mi Band 3 and Mi Band 3 NFC with such fitness trackers, as Strava, Runtastic, Runkeeper and others.
In addition, Mi HR users can export their heart rate data into the Apple Health app.

Сойдет но можно лучше 😉
Я смог перепрошить свой mi band кастомной прошивкой с 4pda, (а вот обратно вернуть старую прошивку не получается 😰). Есть умный будильник⏰ (iPhone нельзя блокировать а просто перевернуть экраном вниз и экран гаснет, он постоянно мониторить мой пульс💗и пытается разбудить меня в неглубокой фазе сна). Постоянное измерение пульса (зная какая погрешность измерения в mi band пользоваться я ей точно не буду) P. S. Я купил полную версию 2-3 года назад а обновления выходят.

It wakes me allways at the time, that i have chosen. 2 weeks i have tested this App and not a single time it worked. I have tried with Mi Fit on and off.

Знаете,вы меня сильно разочаровали!у меня обычный браслет, на котором только несколько полезных для меня команд которые помогали моему здоровью, а сейчас чтоб увидеть и получить информацию я должна заплатить? Мало того что прошлая программа была неудобная и недоработанная, то сейчас интерфейс поменялся, функции доработали ,но это бред стягивать деньги за это!!И это не та программа с которой за банальный набор функций нужно платить.
