Why have an app if it isn’t compatible with the features of the desktop version?
The images always go white and never load it's really annoying because I use this app for visualising and it's perfect for that apart from problems with the images loading. Please fix this
I love this app. It’s so useful for my work, and I use my iPad a lot for my job. It’s a shame that it doesn’t work properly on the iPad, even when everything is up to date. I always struggle to move photos, or boxes around the page. Sometimes when I want to draw something, it doesn’t work and then Milanote freezes.
I use this app and website a lot since i’m a student and want to organise my thoughts. I would love if you add IOS widgets for this app so I can create to do lists etc and view them without going onto the app.
I love the desktop/web version but the phone app is a bit frustrating. Little things such as coloured notes only show as dark. Also as a previous reviewer mentioned, notes get mixed up. Developers…🙂I’m wondering if there is a way to make things appear as seen on the desktop in a way that allows a finger gesture zoom in? This would make it my go to app, hands down. My workaround is to screenshot my Milanote desktop page then open the photo in the Milanote app …but this is obviously not ideal. Generally love the versatility of Milanote. Look forward to the phone app improving.
This is an AMAZING app. Currently using it to organise OCs and concept work. Only problem I’m having is when I upload an image (whether it be JPEG or PNG) after a few seconds it disappears amd won’t load :( which isn’t ideal when I’m trying to make moodboards. But besides that it is perfect. Hopefully this gets fixed at some point
Doesn’t allow you to unsub from Pro account using any mobile platform including the app. I’m getting charged for something I don’t want because I can’t access a computer currently
This is the only thing stopping me from using this app. Since I have to save photos to my iPad first, it’s just so tedious.
Really liked the look and feel of this app, but then found that to have more space to develop your ideas, you have to subscribe to their plan via their website. Effectively hiding their fee structure. For that reason they are getting a low rating for not being open and honest enough on this platform.
(08.05.2022 update) I’m updating my review since today Milanote launch the iPad app. I think this is a great improvement and I will be using it a lot. I’ve already started exploring it and it’s a great app to complement the laptop version. Now I’ll just hope that Milanote works on the iPhone app. It would be great to have something more simplified to just add some to do list or maybe even the chat/conversations feature. When that happens I’m sure I’ll be giving this 4 star review that used to be 3, the well deserved 5!!! I absolutely adore the laptop version. Use it for all my business projects. But I wished the iPad version was as good. That you could take notes and write things down with the pen. Plus the phone version is very messy, not easy to navigate and it has messed up my to-do lists several times so I don’t really trust it anymore.
