Subscription doesn’t work
Subscription doesn’t work… So I cannot connect my WiFi heater.
Excellent product
Using the Smartplug to control heating in various buildings. To my surprise the App can also be used for cooling, this is not mentioned anywhere. I have been told it will also handle humidity in the future. I am lookinng forward to the launch of this function. Your marketing however is not the best as no one seems to be telling the market about the features of the product.

Device lost sync
One of my devices was just put out of sync, without any reason. I got an error message when opening the app but I couldn’t read it. I bought a new one (same, 2000W oil heater), worked like a charm. But I still can’t sync the previous one. WHY???
Great app but … issue not fixed
Unfortunately the program mode never start, looks like a bug here…

Quick to understand and easy to use. Lots of smart features to manage the temperature at home.
