There is no way I could connect the heater to this app. I have tried everything. First it did an firmware update, after that can’t connect anymore. The WiFi connection is there, I have checked in de router. I delete my vpn app. Nothing worked. It’s a pitty, devices looked nice, but can’t get in working.

Still waiting for homekit integration. Was announced that it would be available mid december. Also often connectivity issues between 2 of the 3 heaters and my router.
I just bought the 3 gen gentle air WiFi radiator. Installed and everything worked. Then I had to update by OTA and now I can’tconnect anymore. Reset several times and I can see the radiator is connected to my WiFi but the app doesn’t recognise it so I can’t use it with the app. Why would I buy an expensive heater if that function doesn’t work anymore after the update??
Usually a great app and top of the line product. However, the past few months we’ve frequently experienced connectivity issues and statistics is often not working. As well the .5 degree setting doesn’t work with our heater, thus would be handy to automatically check for product version in the app and not offer the setting if not applicable. Thanks for an otherwise great product.
Heater responds to commands, but the app all at once does not show the kWh anymore. Sometimes requires a new login into the app and the room setup is difficult and stupid. Just give me a list of devices and let me control them.
De kachel werkt goed en al is hij wat duurder, ik heb hem bewust gekozen voor de app en het programmeren. Helaas werkt het verbinden heel slecht. Ik heb 2 kachels waarvan er 1 met veel knoeide werkend is gekregen, maar de andere na uren klooien en 2 iPhones en een iPad nog niet werkend gekregen. Dan de kachel maar terug! Zonde…
Update 12 november: Everyone who can’t get their generation 3 WiFi panel heater back online. Mine is working again by setting it back to factory settings and than connecting to my WiFi as a new device. Mill’s advice is incorrect :( but happy it’s working again 😃 @MilusJunod Same problem here. They say the program should keep working, but that’s incorrect. The only way the heating works is by pressing the + or - button. My heater bought at Action which works with a temperature socket now works better. Hope they fix the problem soon. This causes big problems for me since we don’t have central heating.
After the outage Monday nothing is wokrong, their solution reset, but now the devices cant even connect to wifi anymore. Complete nonsense, dont know how they could break it this bad (5 heaters)
