Wondering & Useful App!
I’ve been facing hearing issues due to infection which i had to go Hospital for audiogram. Mimi app has helped me lot to know at what stage my hearing loss was. This helped me so much to understand how to take care. I would definitely recommend everyone to download this application and use this. It’s so useful and the UI is so clean to understand. Simple UI and great work. Totally recommend this.
Nice App 👌
Tried this app to check my hearing levels, and it was an excellent experience. Thank you.
Okay
Fantastic thanks for your patience and understanding
Where is Airpods 3 compatibility??
Why the app is not compatible with Airpods3
Excellent
Nice app, thanks for developers
Result came same as the clinical ..
Superb
Good app for casual check.
I saw this app on Apple Health and decided to give it a try. I used with an unsupported over the ear headphone (Bose QC 35 - 2), which is a noise cancelling headphone. Then I tried with Apple Earpods. While both the results said there’s no hearing loss, the %age value was slightly different in Results. App Developers say thats because they have calibrated app to Apple Earpods, but personally I find a noise cancelling headphone much better experience. Overall good app.
Not to be taken seriously
This app got me a bit worried when it detected me with mild hearing loss, claiming I hear worse than the people of my age group and advised me to see a doctor. I retook the rest with a different headphones and results got better! Now I hear better than people of my age group and I’ve no hearing loss at all. The first test I took with Apple AirPods and the second one with Bose NC 700.
While it’s great that an app can test your hearing but a lot more goes into it. Don’t rely on it and since mind can play games with you if the app detects hearing loss and selectively remind you of those occasions when you couldn’t hear your friend very well in a noisy party. If you feel you can’t hear very well see a doctor. Take this test only when you’ve very good headphones and can find a real quiet place. Otherwise give it a miss.
Too lengthy
Testing is too lengthy and confusing.
Earlier method was good.
Good, but too sensitive
I’m in a quiet place, but it seems to pick up sounds from the environment and pauses the test
