Love the Energy!
I can‘t really explain it, but your meditations just feel so real and full of energy. I can tell how passionate you are in what you are doing. I also love the music tracks, I really can feel that energy is flowing in my whole body. I honestly do not entirely love the design of the app. It is not as intuitive and easy to use for me. It looks very “artsy” but I guess a simpler or classic layout and navigation would help.

I am a Mental Health Advocate/ Mental Health Patient and this app has helped me greatly during my mental health crisis last March 2021. I was admitted to the hospital because I was acutely ill mentally but the methods I learned from this app helped me cope (Aware, Allow, Anchor). It is simple, attainable in terms of time (you can meditate in as short as 77 seconds) & FREE! Try it for yourself and be part of the change! 💚
Brilliant App
This app is versatile in that it caterers for just about everyone i.e Teens, couples, individuals etc. I like the quotes that pops up when you open the app and the simplicity of how to navigate around the app. The creator has taken time and their passion in creating something that works for everyone. The videos are great, really aid supporting users of the app.
I couldn’t see any spelling errors but I’m new to app. That being said, should there be any errors, it shows that we are all humans on the road to fulfilling our own progress. So many good in this app. I feel this a fantastic app and deserves a 5 stars.

Great App
This is a great app. Good platform and slick operating. The sessions that are on there are fantastic. My only issue is that I’ve been awaiting the full app for some time, on the promise that it was coming soon. This does not/should not take anything away from this app though. Good work Reuben.

This app works for me so well. I’ve been using the 2011 meditations for a long time now. The new mediations didn’t work for me so I’m happy the older ones are available too. I find Reuben’s voice calm and easy to follow and the meditations have the right balance of instructions and silence to practice. I use the techniques throughout the day when I find myself anxious and distracted. Thank you
