Mindset: Hypnotherapy & Sleep

The sessions are inspirational. What Dr Yapko shares is truly profound. The content for £60 is truly superb when you think that this is usually the price of a single therapy session in the UK. Wholehearted thanks to Dr Yapko and the developers for all their hard work here in bringing this to us. Yes it costs money, but let’s appreciate what it offers. Some of the messages can be life changing. What price do we place on wisdom? It is priceless. Areas that could be improved. No one replies to the support messages which is unprofessional for a paid app. The negatives are that the trial period is too short, you need a trial of a month to really appreciate it. I could afford to lose the £60 subscription but many can’t and are missing out on the teachings here. I’d like to know how I can share the app with family without purchasing a whole new subscription. Could there be a family subscription? The content is a little confusing at first and a free trial of a week isn’t enough to get your head around it. Colours on content need a higher contrast

It actually bloody works! Remarkably effective.

I downloaded for the free trial thought I had cancel but apparently not. Paid £67.99 for this app and the bank said there was nothing I could do about it. So, having paid I thought I would give it ago. And I’m sorry to say this is possible the worse app I’ve used. I had been using breath for the last 12 months and thought I would change things up. To sum up, it’s currently nearly midnight and I am no closer to sleep after listening. My bed time is normally about 10:00pm. This is NOT a hypnosis app as it made out to be, completely misleading. Save your money

I have never been able to download anything from this after the intro period expired. Now I can’t find how to cancel the subscription or charging. Their support has been zero help.

Used to like the “moments” but these have been massively reduced. The paid subscriber experience has been significantly cut back - and their support just said they’d add more content in “soon”. Won’t be renewing again and wouldn’t recommend anyone signing up.

Looks interesting - but the introduction message is written in white on an off-white background so it’s almost impossible to read.

Had this app a while year and couldn’t log in or cancel, tryed to contact support but no reply, I’ve had to wait until the contract finished and couldn’t use it because I had forgotten my log in details. Disappointed and a waste of money

The writing at the start is very difficult to read. I’d suggest making the background and writing contrast a little more as I was straining to read it. Anyways, I’m excited to use the app and appreciate that developers are interested in what people say.

You can’t actually read the things that it’s showing you because it’s white texts on a white background, I actually screenshoted it because I found it that ridiculous it was funny. So after 4 pages that you can’t read your presented with “Try before you buy” aka a free trial that charges you after your trial. No way of not doing that, you have to have the free trial or nothing. So I chose nothing. I’d have like to try the app for free without the free trial that charges me at the end of my trial but since it didn’t give me that opinion, I just deleted it. I use headspace anyways. I’m sure that’s probably the same :)
