Kicked out of queue after 30 min
I was trying to get an on demand teleconsult. I was placed on hold, after 30 min the app just went back to the main page. No explanation or anything. Very poor.

I was trying to get an on demand teleconsult. I was placed on hold, after 30 min the app just went back to the main page. No explanation or anything. Very poor.
I tried to log in for myself and my daughter. Initially I thought I have not added my daughter’s details in the past. But I the app said that the nric already existed. In the end could not add. I tried to log in for myself, same error message. Same problem. I couldn’t log in as well for telemedicine. Minmed need to look at this in details if they want the app to work as there isn’t docs readily available at the clinic for consult.
Unable to log in, log in with email, prompt me log on with google account, log in with google account prompt to create account, I create account, prompt me the Hp number already in used. Write in for three days still no response.
No clarity on how to cancel or reschedule appointment from within app. FAQ said to write an email, which defeats purpose of the app. Poorly designed survey form - it’s too long for mobile, easy to miss questions. Needed to complete a lengthy survey form in order to cancel a health screening appointment, no option for rescheduling.
I ordered a medical checkup, and my report did not include a gout screen test. I reached out to their customer service twice over two days with no answer. Unbelievable.
Please relook at your processes again. Waited for doctor at appted date and time given. Dr did not pick up call after half hour of wait then it says Missed.
Was so sick and called and ended consultation at 8:06pm that’s why chose teleconsultation but after payment then they say cannot deliver within 3 hours. Need wait for the next working day. Medication has an estimated delivery timing of 9am - 12pm. Dr Voon Peng Lam wasn’t helpful at all. She just wanted to get it over and done with for the tele consultation. Will stick to Doctor anywhere next time.
Did a tele consult as I was feeling very sick, but was informed as it was past 8pm, the medicine will only be delivered tomorrow. What’s the point of tele consult if I can’t get my medication asap?
I had gotten a queue number on the app, but ended up waiting an hour in the clinic because there wasn’t any instructions to verify again at the clinic. There should have been an instruction on the app to tell patients to verify, otherwise they might also end up waiting for nothing like me.
Seen the Doctor on Saturday 2pm. Still have not received the MC even til Monday. Called the customer service multiple time but no pick up. Texted on watsapp, nil replies as well. Disgusting service really.
