With great disappointment I would like to say that I bought nearly $300.00 worth of jewelry online in March and it’s not been delivered yet.

The worst customer service ever

I bought a very expensive Ganesh ji home decorating and one of the bells was broken. Informed them same day and also showed them the photo. More than a month, no refund despite so many calls. They cheat you with their claims and I am still waiting got my refund

AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT TRUST

Needed to return an item because it was incorrect size being sent. Despite following their return instructions to to the letter - I have not and looks like I will never get my refund. Do not buy from this company. They are not trust worthy. Trying to get answers from them is very frustrating. They are elusive and keep repeating a very generic response that does not make sense at all. Do not buy from these people. Awful experience.

I bought salwar kameez, gave my size and told them what design i want and when the item arrived, the design was not what i asked for and is smaller than my size. I asked for refund and explained what was wrong, sent photos. They emailed saying we have forwarded it to right department but now they are not replying to my email and not answering to live chat on whatsapp either. Do not buy anything from here.

Got someone else’s order

I am very disappointed as I got order of someone else. The package had the name and address of me and I opened the package but the description letter inside the package had someone else’s name and even the saree was not the one I ordered. It’s probably of the person whose name was in the description letter. I don’t know how someone doing the business could be so careless. Also I tried to return but I couldn’t do it from the app. It just says try again.

They don’t respond for your emails for return requests. Worst experience ever I had.
