I would not recommend anyone spend their money on this site. I purchased two outfits from them, the fabric material & color of these outfits were totally different from what I saw online.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! A guy named “Arfaat” was supposed to help me but this guy did nothing, instead he gave me fake order tracking details m, I was so furious, oh my god. Horrible shop.

i don’t leave reviews fr, but my experience with this company was just so bad. After receiving a product that didn’t match what was advertised, I tried to return it, only to face days of unresponsiveness from customer service. When they finally got back to me, they had the audacity to tell me I couldn’t return it because I exceeded the 7-day window—despite their own delay in responding, which took 9 days. Then they informed me they would no longer reply to my messages. I’m currently filing a dispute with my bank because they stopped replying to me😃So unacceptable and weird and rude. Save yourself I swear this was the worst experience ever

I ordered on 4/3/25, but didn’t receive my items until after the next day after the ceremony. I called a week before my ceremony and was told I will receive it before my ceremony date. With all that, I still ordered more dresses for my honeymoon, and spoke to the rep that I will be traveling and wanted to get before my departure. He also told me yes it will come. I travel tomorrow and nothing is available for my travel. I am really disappointed and don’t have anything to wear at all for my honeymoon.

I ordered a total of 6 garments from Mirraw and 1 pantsuit. The pantsuit did not meet their quality management inspection so they would not send it to me and refunded my money. HOW GREAT IS THAT! Now, Out of the 6 garments they said they sent, I only received 5. I immediately notified them by phone and email of their error. Long story short…(about 2 months)…After multiple emails and Mirraw calling me at 4am United States time in March, I got out of my bed, gave them my order number which was place Jan. 29, 2024 by the way. I was informed the missing item had just been sent. One week later it came! I was so very happy. I order often from this company and everything I have ordered that I received looked like just what I ordered. It was well made, beading was well stitch, all embroidery was very nice and the quality of the material was good. I would highly recommend ordering from Mirraw. But because the customer service is slow and need improvement, I would not wait till the last minute to order anything for a special event. Order 6 months out or more, giving yourself time if something is wrong for them to fix it. However if you have a problem and if they tell you they are working on resolving your problem, after you give them the your order number please BELIEVE THEM BECAUSE THEY REALLY ARE! It may take a month or 2😀though! NOW, I AM A REAL CUSTOMER THAT HAD A REAL PROBLEM, BUT MIRRAW RESOLVED IT! AND THAT MADE ME REALLY HAPPY in the USA!😃!

My saree was delivered on time But the saree looks cheap quality and also very wrinkled and worn. Very disappointed.

I ordered two sarees with them along with satin peticoat and blouse stitched. Gave my size to them blouse fitting was not good gave them benefit of doubt that I did not have them proper measurements had to spend double the money to get it altered. The peticoats I received are too tight. And the quality of stitching of one over the peticoat is shabby . I contacted them about it and they asked me to write an email about it. According to them they did not receive the email. Wrote them back. Then they ask me to send the pictures with measuring tape on it. Did what ever they asked for never received any response from them till date. Meanwhile I placed another order with them to be delivered in India. Received only one order on time the rest never received on time. Had ordered readymade blouse and jewelry set with them. Contacted them before receiving the order itself that I will not be in town for two weeks and will not be able to follow their return policy, since it’s their fault not to send me the order on time they need to extend the return date. The order was received when I was out of town. When I came back , the color of the blouse was completely different and the quality jewelry terrible . I would get that kind on the rad side with 10time less money. They did return my order, but now they have credited my refund in the wallet. I had been asking them to refund the money in the same form which I paid in, no response! With these two experiences I do not intend to buy anything from them. The quality of their products is below standard what their price are! I would never recommend anyone to use them !
