Glitchy & lacking options
The app will crash often if you make too many searches. It’s annoying not to be able to search by size alone, hide sold out items, or sort saved items by date or price.
App has bugs
Great products but the app is extremely slow and does not work properly. It took me multiple clicks to get to the payment. I think app has loads of bugs in all tabs that someone needs to test. I loved the products they have so I stayed in the app to order. The app is really needing help though.
Horrible app! Never buy, Do not get stuck
This app is horrible, automatically cancelled 2 of my orders. Didn’t even refund my money back. Upon emailing to customer service they are processing refund in Mirraw wallet. I want to get done with it and delete this app. But I can’t.
Worst app don’t purchase
I had ordered an dress for my birthday it was shipped as promised but let’s talk about the dress it was so bad I had ordered size 32 and then they had shipped 23 to me and now to ship it back to India from USA it will cost around 50$ and the dress was worth 50$ the dress isn’t as it was on pictures I understand the color might vary but the quality and the material mentioned in the specifications is totally different from the one I received. I recommend you all not to order from this app.
I don’t the way they solve the problem

Fraud App
They are such frauds I purchased 3 sets of clothes and they stitched one of the the wrong size and the other two were not even close to the picture when I tried to return one of them; I couldn’t because the return fee costs 250$ and they never answered my question and ghosted me, let alone the fact that they sell the clothes 2x as much as the price on other apps. Don’t recommend it at all.
Kalamkari saree
Saree arrived just the way it was shown in the picture. Had good experience.
Return process is very expensive. Needs improvement .
I bought this dress, and paid $15 to have it shipped to me. The dress was too big. I went to the post office to mail it back, and postage to mail it back was more than $60...more than double the cost of the dress! I will never buy from this company again. Beware, if anything goes wrong with your order, you will not be able to return it for a reasonable cost. Make it easier and cheaper to return items if you want business in the United States.
False Advertising and Defective
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent purchase from mirrow website. I spent approximately $200 on order believing I was getting a discounted deal. However, upon receiving one of the dresses, I discovered significant discrepancies between the product and the advertised image. Issues: 1. False advertising: The product image showed a dress with a zipper, but the actual item arrived without one. 2. Defective product: The dress's construction and materials differ significantly from the advertised image.
