Failure to Engage
I’ve had a Mobil Smiles card for more than 4 years & for some time I’ve been unable to use the app (rather than having to swipe the card, which is slow & also problematic). I have a newish iPhone (14) which was running on 5G this morning when the app failed yet again to engage - for the umpteenth time (have lost count). I’ve rebooted my phone, deleted the app and reloaded it; am still no closer to a solution. Version history shows the last update was 2 months ago. Please fix the bug(s) pronto….
