Terrible
This is such a terrible app. It is concerning that a company that focuses on mental health publishes an app like this. It is actively makes you feel worse than you felt before because the app is so terribly designed. I expect it works okay enough if you follow the one exact path that the person thinking up the design had in mind, but it’s ridiculous that there is no way to recover if you made a mistake. No back button, no way to say “I don’t want to answer these questions right now” no way to change your focus areas or to opt out of lots and lots of emails about your health that are sent to your work email. At least not before you have to answer lots of medical questions. The app feels like a prototype, made without any concern for user experience.
