Great but needs finer tools
This app is quite easy to use and a good visualizer for my expenses, however, it would be much more accurate at tracking if you could itemize an expense with different categories for each item — this would be useful to keep the day report clean and matching with the bank statement for easy searching, but also have much more control over my real spending on each category.
It was good until you needed support
I’ve used this app for 9 years and was happy with it, but was utterly disappointed by their customer support when I had an issue — I recently lost my Premium access (which is supposed to be a ”buy once use forever” thing) and they didn’t provide any help 🤷🏻♀️
